A credit card must be placed on file to book and full payment is required to book and schedule. 
 

Cancellation, Reschedule & Refund Policy: 
Denisha McCauley Photography does not offer refunds of any kind for any of our services. If in the rare occurrence, a business mistake has occurred, refunds will be processed in 30 days. If you cancel your session, you forfeit your full payment. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 3 days before your scheduled booking. Requests to reschedule less than 3 days before your scheduled booking will incur a $25 fee that will automatically be charged to your payment form on your account. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 1/2 the total booking price and will be automatically charged. Please plan with your clients & customers and be sure to arrive for your scheduled booking.
 

For bookings, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Customers will not gain access to the building or studios ahead of their scheduled time. For bookings of more than 4 hours, we offer a 15-minute load-in/out period at the front and back of your rental session.

Denisha McCauley Photography will occasionally send you promotional offers via email, text, and mail. By booking, you opt-in.

Due to the nature of business, Denisha McCauley intends to foster a safe environment for all patrons and individuals who rent out space. Occasionally shoots will feature nudity or other forms of art that require a closed session. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify staff ahead of their session if they intend on having a closed session. If we do not hear from you, we are released from the liability of ensuring the space is not entered without prior approval.

All scheduling must be confirmed with Denisha McCauley Photography staff. No walk-ins or tours may be scheduled without notifying Denisha McCauley Photography.
 

Denisha McCauley Photography studio is located in a historic building with wood floors and other eccentricities. It is imperative that our clients take caution when traversing the building, wear proper footwear, and pay attention to their surroundings. Your failure to do so and the possible subsequent injury you may sustain inside our space is your sole responsibility. You agree to not hold Denisha McCauley Photography liable for any injuries obtained inside the building or inside of our spaces.

 

Denisha McCauley Photography studio includes cameras in the space that record movement 24/7. This is for the safety of our space, equipment, and our customers. These cameras record audio & video 24/7.

 

Customers may not schedule non-photography-related activities with their studio booking without Denisha McCauley Photography approval. This includes meetups, parties, business meetings, after-hours events, or showing the space.

 

Denisha McCauley Photography occasionally uses videos/photos that our staff creates during sessions to promote our brand via our physical and digital platforms. You consent to us creating this content by booking our space.
 

 

Rules & Guidelines:
- No Smoking, Smoke Machines, Cannabis, Vape, or Other Substances.

- Do not drag tables, chairs, couches and or props in the studio

-No confetti or paint

- Do not rip/tear/manipulate/relocate/replace the backdrops. 
- No Excessively Loud Music.
- No Body Oils, Glitter, Tinted Makeup, or anything that will stain the furniture.

- No Body Oils, or tinted makeup, on the light-colored couches.

-Keep Body Oils to a minimum on paper backdrops.
- Children 13 and under not permitted in studio.

- Pets are NOT Allowed.

- You agree to abide by all federal, state, and local laws and abide by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A). Denisha McCauley Photography and all subsidiaries will not be held accountable.

 

Upon entry and exit to your time here at the studio, your rental time will start promptly upon the hour booked as well as your exit will be assured promptly upon the last hour booked. Please keep in mind that you must book your time for set-up and clean up as well, as we have multiple events and studio rentals per day. Our clientele ensures each slot is unlocked prior for your entry and locked up upon your exit.

 

Damaged/Missing Items: Once occupying the studio, the client(s) become responsible for Denisha McCauley Photography's property and all inventory on premises. Clients will be subject to additional charges for the excess cleaning, repair, or replacement of any lost/damaged inventory items or property.

 

Assumption of Risk/Release of Liability: Client agrees to all the above terms and is fully aware and acknowledges there may be a risk of damage to premises or injury arising out of the use of the items rented and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this rental agreement and assume all the risks of damage or injury during their allotted rental time. Customer agrees to release Denisha McCauley Photography from all responsibility or liability from such damage or injury arising out of the use of the studio and or event rental as well as items rented during your time at Denisha McCauley Photography's studio. Client further agrees to waive, release and discharge all claims for injury or damage against Denisha McCauley Photography which the customer otherwise may be entitled to maximum damages, injury and loss. Client agrees to share this information with their clients or participating parties prior to their time here at the studio of Denisha McCauley Photography.
