HOW DO I SECURE YOU FOR A PHOTOSHOOT?


The session fee must be paid in full to secure photoshoot.




WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


An invoice will be sent out for payment. You can pay with all major cards.




WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE PICTURES AFTER WE SHOOT?


We have an ordering session after scheduled shoot.




WHEN DO I RECEIVE FINAL EDITS?


Final Edits are provided within 1 week from the ordering session.




HOW LONG DO IMAGES REMAIN ON GALLERY OR DROPBOX?


The images will remain available for 2 weeks. It is your responsibility to make sure that the digital images are downloaded and saved.




ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?


No, so please book when you're ready. Once your session is booked I deny ALL potential clients for that day and time. In the rare case that I am unable to shoot on your designated day, your deposit will be fully refunded.




AM I ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE MY PHOTO SESSION?


If you need to reschedule, a request need to made at least 3 days prior. I will then transfer the deposit to new shooting date. Any rescheduling request submitted outside the 3 day time frame will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.




FOR OUTDOOR SESSIONS, DO I CHOOSE LOCATION?


Yes, if you have a certain location in mind I will gladly shoot there. I can also provide recommendations based on the look you are going for.




DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?


The studio has minimal props. Most to all props are provided by you, the client. (unless we are building a set and that will be additional cost; pricing will vary)
